The Academic Event Professional Conference (AEP) provides a rare opportunity for event planners in academe to receive tailored professional development, network with one another, and visit with vendors that specialize in products for academic environments. Attracting both seasoned planners and industry newcomers, the conference focuses on topics unique to higher education events and helps them share - and create - best practices for the field.
AEP 2023 will take place March 26-28 in Orlando, Florida. This year's conference will return to being scheduled adjacent to The Special Event Show (March 27-30) .
